The High Tea was a great experience with an amazing view - it is something that I definitely recommend doing when travelling in the area. Best of all, there were gluten free options that were just as amazing as the rest of the menu. Matt was our server and he made the experience exceptional. Thank you!

It’s not just a 5 it’s a 10!!!!!!!!! The hotel is gorgeous!!!!! The location is amazing!!!!!!! And honestly the staff are 5 star!!!!!!!!! Clearly this hotel treats their employees well because many have been here YEARS and all are sooooooo nice and happy. A special mention to Tamara, Mackenzie, Ethan and Grace. We are gonna book Fairmont from now on based on how exceptional the service and upgrades were. Oh and they sent me treats for my birthday AND Mother’s Day. 100 percent a must book!!!!!!! The food was great too btw

The best part of this experience was the staff - the team at this property is excellent in every area (very nice and highly knowledgeable). The property on the exterior is exquisite as is the lobby area. Unfortunately, the room was underwhelming even after paying for an upgrade, and the bathroom size was smaller than many cruise ships. Most annoying was the resort fee that paid for multiple amenities that most people will never use (please just build this silly charge into the room rate if that revenue is so important to the property). The fitness center was also quite small for the size of this property (and the temperature was far too warm). Overall, we had a good experience but there’s work to be done here to make it a 5 star property.

I was visiting with my family and had a very tiresome day, Selsie was very informative and helpful. She was very personable and confident and really made our first day very special! The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a spectacular hotel and a very special experience.

A beautifully located resort overlooking a marvelous lake. The service is pleasant and efficient. All the staff here makes you feel very welcome with their warm and personalized service. I would come back here again and again.several amazing homes also start from her
